Shipping within Australia

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Shipping options

Standard Shipping — $11.00. Free on orders of $100 or more (calculated after any discounts are applied). Estimated delivery 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping — $15.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

The timeframes above apply to metropolitan areas and are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries to regional and remote areas — including regional WA, the NT, far north Queensland and Tasmania — will take longer. Delivery times may also be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak periods such as Christmas.

Carrier and tracking

We ship with Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Incorrect addresses and undelivered parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the cost of return and re-delivery. If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at info@hohomy.com and we will help you lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
